Shipping & Returns
I’m only shipping through out New Zealand for now. Estimated shipping times is within 3 to 7 working days. If you have ordered, and the items have not reached you, it is best to contact me at as soon as possible so I can check the progress. If you do not get in touch with me, I will assume you have received the order on time and in order.
The cost of shipping may vary because of the weight but will give you information if there is a change of fee/s.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellation but will do my best to help you with any problems with your orders.
The reason for this is hygiene purpose and that slimes can not be re-sold once you have touched it. Even if you claim that you haven't, please understand that there's no way of me knowing. If at all possible, I do not wish to engage in lengthly and sometimes, ill discussions. Please consider that I am
young 'slimetrepreneur' and will do my best to attend to your needs.
If there are issues with your 'slimes', please let me know and I will try my best to fix it for you.
